Refund Policy
Due to inflation costs and complex logistics with our international warehouses, we offer refunds for specific situations:
- The product has a noticeable defect.
- A photo must be attached as proof.
- The refund request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Damaged products will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
- You never received the product.
- The shipping company has confirmed that the product is missing or was delivered to the incorrect address.
You will have to pay for shipping to return the item for a refund if the above circumstances apply.
